Step 1: See what firm owners are saying inside The Studio

Step 2: Get your questions answered

Short answers to the questions I hear most before the workshop.

Is this for me if I already have plenty of work?

Yes, and you might get the most out of it. A lot of the owners I talk to are booked out and still not making the money they should, because the work keeping them busy isn’t the work they want. We’ll talk about how to change that mix.

Will this work if I’m in a small (or big) market?

Yes. People worry that getting specific shrinks their market too much, but a market of under a thousand people is plenty when they’re the right people. We’ll walk through how to narrow yours down without boxing yourself in.

Does the size of my firm matter?

Not really. You’re a fit anywhere from working by yourself to about 50 people. What matters is that you own the firm and you’re the one deciding who you work with.

Most of my work comes from referrals. Is this still for me?

Yes, and that’s where this helps the most. Referrals get a lot better when the people sending them know exactly who you help. We’ll cover how to tell them so more of the right people come your way.

Is it just theory or have you done this with real firms?

It’s what I work on with firm owners every week. More than 150 of them have worked through it inside The Studio, and what I’m sharing comes from what’s worked for them. You’ll leave with things to do the same week.

Do I have to pick one niche and turn work away?

No. You can serve more than one market. You just want to get specific inside each one, so the right client sees your work and knows it’s for them. You earn the right to do whatever you want, but you don’t start with it.

I just started my firm. Is it too early for this?

No, it’s a great time to do it. It’s a lot easier to get clear on who you help now than after years of saying yes to everything. You don’t have to wait to go after the clients you actually want.

What should I have ready?

Something to write with, and your last few projects and first calls in mind. We’ll work on who you help and what you say to them during the session, so it helps to have real examples in front of you.

See you at the workshop!
